As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups (Chest-to-Bar)
10 Pushups (Games' standard, hand release)
15 Squats

  2. 10 rounds, regular pullups and pushups RX'd.

    Hands tore super bad, so I couldn't do any more pullups, but I did complete 5 additional rounds of pushups and squats.
